YEA! We received her "BOX" of belongings on Friday and we received our "form" letter from Ashley today. She wanted everyone to have her address so you can begin writting. It will be a few weeks until we hear about graduation. I did learn she has to earn her mail and she can only write back on Sundays.
Here is the "Recruits Comments" from Ashley on the Form Letter - "I can't wait for processing to be done & actually get started with something other than medical, dental, & get into our ship. Make sure to pass on all info on blog! Food's not bad, we get caffiene, shower's suck-88+ people in 20 minutes, "matress" is a joke. I want a massage when I'm done! :)) Love you guys! Send mail!!"

Mailing Packages to Recruit
Recruits are NOT allowed to receive food items in the mail while at Boot Camp due to sanitation concerns. ALL FOOD ITEMS RECEIVED WILL BE DISCARDED
Items such as pencils, pens, wristwatches, or wallets may be sent if desired, but there is no storage space for bulky items. Should you choose to send money, please do so by means of postal money order rather than by personal check, as your recruit will be unable to cash checks until after graduation. All USPS mail delivery, even express and overnight, typically takes between 5 and 10 days.
